How do I find my Hardware ID?
Open CaptureX Pro → Settings → License. Your Hardware ID is displayed in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Click to copy it.
I didn't receive my license key
Check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, contact us with your order email and we'll resend it immediately.
Can I transfer my license to a new PC?
Licenses are tied to your Hardware ID. Contact us with your license key and new Hardware ID, and we'll issue a new key.
Screen recording doesn't work
Screen recording requires FFmpeg. Make sure ffmpeg.exe is in the same folder as CaptureX Pro. You can download it from the official FFmpeg website.
OCR not recognizing text
Ensure the tessdata/ folder with language files (eng.traineddata, ara.traineddata) is in the app directory. High-contrast, clear text works best.
