How do I find my Hardware ID? ▼
Open CaptureX Pro → Settings → License. Your Hardware ID is displayed in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Click to copy it.
I didn't receive my license key ▼
Check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, contact us with your order email and we'll resend it immediately.
Can I transfer my license to a new PC? ▼
Licenses are tied to your Hardware ID. Contact us with your license key and new Hardware ID, and we'll issue a new key.
Screen recording doesn't work ▼
Screen recording requires FFmpeg. Make sure
ffmpeg.exe is in the same folder as CaptureX Pro. You can download it from the official FFmpeg website.OCR not recognizing text ▼
Ensure the
tessdata/ folder with language files (eng.traineddata, ara.traineddata) is in the app directory. High-contrast, clear text works best.
