By downloading, installing, or using CaptureX Pro (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CAPTUREXPRO.COM ("Company", "we", "us").

Each license is granted to a single user for use on a single computer, identified by a unique Hardware ID. The license is non-transferable except with explicit written permission from the Company. You may not share, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend your license to any third party.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through PaySky, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
We offer a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Software. Refund requests must be made by emailing info@capturexpro.com. Since a 30-day free trial is available, we encourage trying the Software before purchasing.
Promotional codes and discounts (including student discounts) are subject to specific terms, may be limited in quantity, and can be withdrawn at any time. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
The Software, including its code, design, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by CAPTUREXPRO.COM and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. This license grants you no ownership rights in the Software.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Monthly and Annual license holders receive free updates during their active license period. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to discontinue the Software at any time.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPTUREXPRO.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Software license.
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
