Choose Capture display for full-screen screenshots. In automatic mode, the capture button uses the app window’s display and the full-screen hotkey uses the display under the pointer. An explicit display choice applies to both. Region and freeform selections can span displays, including screens left of or above the primary display, at original pixel dimensions.
Choose a display or All displays in Screen Recorder. Region recording follows the selection frame. All displays keeps the Windows desktop arrangement, including gaps, and requires more processing power at high resolutions.
Tool windows open on the invoking display and adjust to the available work area. Moving between displays with different Windows scaling keeps window controls reachable. Color picking samples captured pixels; ruler markings measure physical pixels.
Connect and arrange displays before recording. If an involved display disconnects or its layout changes, recording pauses or refuses to resume while retaining existing segments. Restore the original layout to resume, or stop and save. Whiteboard recording uses the display containing the board.

Choose Tools > Crop & print a document to open a saved image, or use Print (Ctrl+P) in the editor. Select the document area with a crop constrained to A4 or A5 proportions.

Fit whole image keeps the entire crop inside the margins. Fill area (trim edges) covers the available area and may trim the edges. The preview shows the result and estimates effective print resolution.
The selected printer must support the chosen paper size and orientation. Its hardware margins still apply. An effective-resolution warning below 150 DPI helps identify images that may look soft when enlarged; printing cannot restore detail lost from a compressed source.
To save a PDF through Windows, select Microsoft Print to PDF in the printer dialog if it is installed and supports the chosen paper size.
Crop and print uses a separate layout. It does not overwrite the original file or apply the print crop to your editor document.
Save the editable work behind your images, move between documents, and return to a saved session.
Save the image and its editable annotations in a .cxproj project. Reopen it to adjust text, shapes, and effects before exporting a finished image.
Keep several images open in one editor. Switch between tabs while each document keeps its own edits and undo history for the current session.
Changes are saved automatically during editing. When you next open the editor, choose to restore the saved session or discard it. Recovered documents open as tabs alongside a new capture.
A .cxproj file keeps the image, editable annotations, and drawing settings. PNG, JPEG, or BMP exports produce a finished image. Project files do not preserve undo and redo history from an earlier session; new edits after reopening have their own history.

Keep Original size or limit the output to 1080p or 720p. Resolution limits preserve proportions and never enlarge a smaller capture. Save MP4 video or an animated GIF; GIF files have no audio.
Record without audio, with a microphone, with system audio, or with System + mic. System audio requires a compatible loopback recording device, such as an available Stereo Mix device; combined audio also needs a microphone. Options depend on devices detected on your PC.
Pause and resume the screen recording, selected audio, and webcam together. If final saving fails, the original recording files are retained so you can retry saving from the recorder.

Yes! In the Screen Recorder, click the webcam button to enable face cam overlay. Choose between circle, square, or borderless shapes. Drag the overlay anywhere, resize it, and mirror the feed. Perfect for tutorials, courses, and video feedback.
Read your script while presenting or recording. The teleprompter requests Windows capture exclusion; check a short recording with your settings to confirm the result.
The Teleprompter is accessible from the Screen Recorder window. Load your script and it scrolls automatically while recording.

The whiteboard includes 10 drawing tools with adjustable colors and sizes:
Ctrl+S saves a PNG of the drawing and chosen background only, without toolbars or the desktop behind the board. Desktop overlay preserves PNG transparency. Ctrl+Z undoes the latest change and Ctrl+Y redoes it; Clear All can also be undone. Closing offers Save, Discard, or Cancel for unsaved changes.
F11 switches fullscreen mode; F10 changes navigation mode while the whiteboard has focus. Use Alt+Tab to switch to another app, then return to the whiteboard and choose Draw. Record Screen captures the display containing the board or a selected region, with an optional microphone and Pause/Resume and Stop controls.
Using Whiteboard mode during a live presentation:
Extract Arabic and English text from images with the local Tesseract engine. Review and edit the result before copying; accuracy depends on image clarity, text size, and the selected language. Online translation supports passages of up to 500 characters at a time.
The OCR tool uses the Tesseract engine (locally, no internet required) to recognize and extract text from images.

Screen capture, image editing, project files, recording, and Arabic and English OCR work locally. Activation, updates, translation, and online sharing require an internet connection.
Late OCR results from a timed-out operation are discarded so they cannot replace the current text. A timeout does not immediately stop the native engine; allow the running attempt to finish before retrying.
